Each request must include the customer’s name, first name, contact details, and the corresponding order number. Incomplete requests will not be processed.
- Withdrawal
Customers must take possession of the services purchased at the time they become available in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Customers may withdraw from the purchase of services and products until the time these services are made available. - Illicit Uses or Presumption of Illicit Use
